The SM Audio DI8 is a multi-channel direct box for use on-stage, in keyboard rigs, electronic drum kits, etc. A multifunction solution for the touring musician, the DI8 enables keyboards players, sample triggers and electronic drummers to connect up to 8 devices simultaneously.

The DI8 converts unbalanced signal to balanced signal level while enabling the musician full control over a monitor mix. The DI8 features 8-1/4" phone inputs and 8-XLR balanced line level outputs. A separate stereo RCA phono output enables the musician to control levels while the balanced output signal to the main engineer remains unaffected. The DI8 is a compact rugged device that holds up in live sound reinforcement and studio recording.
